Lishui Jingyi Valve Co., Ltd. focuses on the fastener sector for the oil and gas industry. With three core technical strengths—precision material selection, professional process control, and comprehensive testing & verification—we deliver reliable product solutions for harsh working conditions such as high pressure, heavy corrosion, and H₂S-containing environments.
 
Our material scope covers carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex steel, nickel-based alloy and other categories, fully complying with standards including ASTM, ISO and NACE MR0175, and suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure and highly corrosive scenarios. On the process side, we are equipped with customized heat treatment and surface treatment systems, including hot-dip galvanizing, sherardizing, PTFE coating and other processes, which balance product strength, corrosion resistance and assembly compatibility.
 
Backed by a professional laboratory, our testing division conducts full-item inspections such as PMI composition analysis, UT flaw detection and mechanical property testing. Combined with salt spray test verification, we achieve full-process quality traceability of products, fully meeting the technical requirements of core scenarios such as oil and gas wellhead equipment and subsea systems.

Standard Compliance Implementation

All products are strictly designed and manufactured in accordance with international and domestic standards including ISO, API, ASME, GB and DIN. Meanwhile, they comply with the special requirements of NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 for H₂S-containing working conditions, ensuring compliant application in key scenarios such as wellhead equipment, Christmas trees, pressure vessels and subsea oil & gas systems.

Full-process Compliance Control to Ensure Product Reliability

In the manufacturing process, relying on the comprehensive testing capabilities of our in-house laboratory, we carry out a series of inspections including PMI material composition analysis, mechanical property testing, ultrasonic testing (UT), liquid penetrant inspection (LPI/PT) and magnetic particle testing (MT). Complete heat treatment records and product traceability files are kept for each batch of products, ensuring that all products meet standard specifications and customer technical requirements, thus providing solid support for the safe and stable operation of the oil and gas industry.
